 How to make PE Tubes?

1.1  PULLING TUBES-according to customer requirements, draw out the hose body according to the corresponding pipe diameter and length.
1.2  HEADING ---- according to the customer's matching situation, note the corresponding shoulder.
1.3.1  Offset printing--1-8 color silk screen printing, according to the customer's requirements, determine the glossy and frosted effects.
1.3.2  Silk screen printing, hot stamping and labeling--according to the customer's design draft requirements, complete the silk screen printing, hot    stamping and labeling processes.
1.4  Locking or sealing: according to customer requirements, locking or sealing.
1.5  Complete inspection - inspect product quality. Ensure 100% factory quality.
1.6  Packaging - according to the customer's packaging requirements, the packaging leaves the factory.







How to make ABL and PBL tubes?
The aluminum-plastic composite pipe is referred to as Abl. First, the customer needs to determine the material of the sheet. Generally, there are ordinary 270 thin sheets, 350 thick sheets, 390 high-gloss sheets and laser sheets. After selecting the sheets, the printing process is determined. Normal Printing processes are: ordinary offset printing, cold or hot stamping surface, silk screen printing, reverse uv printing. After the printing process is determined, the tube can be made, followed by the column head. Finally, seal the tail or make a screw cap to discharge the box.
